Family Room The family room is very spacious, light and airy with views and access to the pool area. There are two sofas and to keep everyone entertained there is a 30" cable T.V, DVD and hi-fi. The villa also has FREE hi-speed Internet Access and FREE local and long distance telephone calls. There is also a PS2 for family entertainment. |

Breakfast Nook For your convenience and more casual dining there is a breakfast table seating four. This overlooks the kitchen and family room. There is a high chair should you need it. |

Kitchen The bright and spacious kitchen overlooks the family room and breakfast nook. It is fully equipped and offers cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and all the essentials for making a great family meal. There is a full selection of crockery, cutlery and cook wear. The villa also has an automatic washer, tumbledryer, iron and ironing board. |

Formal Lounge As you enter the villa, the opening hallway goes onto the formal lounge providing the opportunity for relaxation away from the rest of the villa. |

Formal Dining Area Should you wish to dine in style, the formal dining area has a beautiful table which can seat six. This area overlooks the formal lounge. |

Master Bedroom The villa has four bedrooms and boasts a sumptuous master suite. The master suite has a four poster king bed with luxury furnishings and bedlinen. There is a large en-suite with soak tub, walk in shower, toilet, wash basin, vanity unit, mirrors and hair dryer. There is cable TV and a large walk in closet for storage. The patio door opens onto the pool area, perfect for an early morning swim. |

Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is an en-suite with bath, shower over tub, toilet and wash basin. It also has a built in wardrobe, drawers and cable TV. |

Bedroom 3 Bedroom 3 has full sized twin beds, fitted wardrobes and drawers. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a third bathroom and are next to each other. They are tastefully decorated to suit either children or adults. Both have TV. In addition there is a travel cot available. |

Games Room The large two car garage has been converted into a games room to add to your holiday enjoyment. It is complete with pool table, air hockey, table tennis and a selection of toys for the younger members of the family. |

Pool and Deck Area The large 30 foot south facing pool affords all day sunshine. It is fully screened by fine mesh for your added comfort preventing insects and debris from entering the area. This does not however affect sunbathing. Their is a child safety screen should you need it for the pool area. The pool is surrounded by a large patio deck with sun loungers, chairs and patio table. The deck has a porch area providing shade for Al Fresco dining. The deck and pool area is one of the few properties on Solana that is not overlooked. Outdoor lighting makes it perfect for dining outside on warm Floridian evenings. There is outdoor crockery to perfect the occasion. Use of pool and spa heating is recommended between October and March and is available as an optional extra. A pool blanket is provided to help keep the water warm. |

The Management Our home is fully air conditioned / heated so will remain at a constant temperature for your comfort. The villa is fitted with a security alarm. Our local management company ensure that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. The pool is cleaned and checked weekly and garden areas maintained. The villa is cleaned and bathrooms sanitised before your arrival. The villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The management company will provide you with a friendly but professional service to make you feel welcome. Upon your arrival you will find a folder filled with a wealth of information about the local area. All this and just minutes from Disney World Resort, Orlando. |
